Reflexology

Reflexology is a well known and respected holistic therapy. Using reflexology points on feet, the therapist can help increase circulation, strengthen the immune system, help with hormone imbalances, and promote relaxation. Reflexology benefits are many and can help with conditions related to digestive issues including IBS symptoms, sinus congestion, headaches and migraine, stress, insomnia, back pain and much more.

Reflexology is an alternative to massage because it is suitable for all ages and hand reflexology is also an option. The many benefits of Reflexology mean that depending on your needs, you may find a course of treatments useful or monthly treatments may be best to help maintain your health and overall sense of wellbeing and balance.

As with all other treatments at Nautilus Dublin, a full consultation will be conducted during your first visit. This allows us to customise your treatment to your specific needs. After completing your consultation and discussing your goals for your treatments, you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes and then lay on the treatment plinth. You will be covered with a blanket and made as comfortable as possible before your treatment begins. You simply relax and let the therapist do the rest.
