Classes at Nautilus Dublin

Not only is Nautilus Beauty & Holistic Therapies Centre a haven for all your beauty and relaxation needs, we are also very supportive of other complementary therapies and offer a range of classes and workshops. ** Please contact the class facilitator or us directly to confirm your space for your chosen event(s) **

Baby Massage Course, 5 week course starting Wednesday, 10th of January, 10-11am. There are a number of wonderful benefits to be gained from baby massage for both baby & parent including relieving colic & wind, promoting relaxation & aiding sleep, helping with weight gain & building immunity, aiding the bonding process & can assist in the recovery from post-natal depression. €125 for 5 classes (payable the first day), which includes infant massage hand-outs detailing massage strokes and massage oils. Infant massage is covered (usually up to €100) by many insurance providers. Check your individual plan for details. Group classes or one-to-one classes are available. ** If you are a fellow therapist planning your schedule of courses & workshops, we have a beautiful, tranquil space available to rent in the convenient Fairview/Marino area.  The space is suitable for classes in a number of therapies or services including: meditation, nutrition, life coaching, acupuncture, etc. The training room is fully furnished and tastefully decorated.  We provide a number of amenities including tea & coffee and will help advertise your event via our social media channels.
