Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

Join us for what will be a wonderful day of learning with Mary Rice where she’ll teach us about Mindfulness and Meditation. Mary will explain the differences between mindfulness, meditation and how to make this practice a part of your daily life. As part of this, we’ll learn and experience:
 
*breath awareness exercises to bring about a sense of deep relaxation;
*grounding exercises to help keep us focused and to connect body & mind;
*we’ll talk about how stress can affect our lives and look at ways to lessen and reduce its effects.
 
Mary originally trained in Youthwork, working with groups of teenagers throughout the country for a number of years. Exploring bodywork therapy, she found the world of energy healing, became a holistic therapist, and was a holistic massage tutor for 12 years in Dublin.

Mary holds courses and workshops in Awareness and Mindfulness, Silent Meditation, Nurturing Relaxation, Angel Healing and Journeying.  She has also trained as an Instructor in I.E.T Healing.
