Kaman has been working in the Nutrition, Fitness and Wellness industries for over a decade in New York City. As a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, nutritional consultant and stay at home mom, she blends her modalities & personal experience to coach clients on how to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
